Sky Mobile
New Sky.com launched in 2021 after a 12 month transformation programme. The project was a huge undertaking with an aim to have the key product landing pages ready first. A delivery plan was put in place to filter the design through the remaining pages, for example the TV journey I designed for Sky. With the mobile journey waiting to be updated, I was asked to explore a new design and look at the overall experience.
A significant update was the incorporation of the sticky basket I designed for the TV journey. This gave users quick access to a complete breakdown of costs throughout the journey. We also introduced social proof messaging to improve user engagement, motivating users to explore more content and build trust. After applying new sky.com styling, I not only achieved alignment to the new brand but created a fresh new experience.
