Redesign of the TV product selection journey

The Compare & Buy team are responsible for new and existing customers entering the funnel, from product selection through checkout. Their goal, to lower drop out and drive conversion within the purchase journey. The Challenger project was set up to specifically look at the TV product selection page and how to create the best possible experience for customers. Visitors show a great deal of interest in the various products and deals on offer, so the task was to keep the excitement going building your TV package. Furthermore, the new design would need to align with Brand New Sky.com styling.

I designed a fresh engaging experience, giving customers the ability to build their Sky package with ease. The journey begins with a bundled offer, such as Sky TV, Netfilx and Broadband. Customers can browse products with the option to upgrade by adding extras to their package. The sticky basket was a great new feature, giving customers full transparency of costs throughout the entire journey. Using overlays and replaying key information and messaging from the product landing pages, we drove the conversion numbers up.

The project was a great success, seamlessly integrating into the new brand and ready for the launch of Brand New Sky.com.
